Own Caregiver with Drug Charge?

Asked by: 344 views Drug Crimes, Medical Marijuana

My question is: I am currently a registered patient and my care giver is giving me trouble slow to get my meds every month. What my question is; “Can I be my own caregiver if I have a past drug charge years ago, if I am my only supplier not growing for others, to grow for only myself that is?”

Charles do you have an outside caregiver? Please tell me then why where it says allowed to have plants on card they have placed “no” in that space. Do you believe it is because I have a current caregiver? If I remove them then the state would then send an updated card saying “yes” thenyou think? I sure hope this is true, I do want to believe… I hate to rely on others and basically having no control of what Meds I’m putting in my body. If you run into any documentation of this please let me know, thanks Charles.

So what your saying is that when I remove my caregiver from my paperwork that caregiving will then revert back to myself?

If you do not select a caregiver or check the box that says you are not having a caregiver, either way it is in the application or change forms. Then you can have up to 12 plants even if you have prior drug offenses
