Michigan Medical Marihuana Card – Wrong last name and address

My license came today and they misspelled my last name completely. I had filed a change of address in January (it is now end of April) and now I have a card with a misspelled last name and wrong address. Can I even use this card at a dispensary? I already paid $10 in January to update address but now the card has BOTH address and last name WRONG!

If I have a Michigan Medical Marijuana Card and they spelled my name wrong, do I have to pay to change it?

I know that I’d have to pay to change the info or caregiver, but they made the mistake of spelling my name wrong. My middle name is Robert but they put K. for my middle initial. I’ve been pulled over once for my niece not wearing her seat-belt and the state officer told me that I had to change it. So I’m wondering if, since it WAS their mistake, I would have to pay for the change or if they will do it without charge.

I live in Michigan and I have a felony for manufactury and delivery of marijuana from when I was 17. I have my medical marijuana card and I was wondering am I leagaly able to grow my own medical marijuana as long as I am not a caregiver for anybody else.

Possession with intent to deliver

I had less than an ounce on me for personal use and my car was taken and they are charging me with intent to deliver. This is not true at all and it was only for my personal use and I have never sold before. I dont have anything on my record. This was in Clawson. What do you think will happen to me and what can you tell me about the charges?

I will likely be calling to discuss as well but am starting to learn my own about what choices I have and dont have a lot of money to spend on this.

growing in Warren

Was told by a friend about Warren telling people that they cant grow in their houses because you cant have a home based business anywhere in the city. Even heard they are going after some patients and caregivers right now for growing legally at home. This is wrong isnt it? I live in Warren and grow for my wife with MS and we only have 8 plants. What should I do other than keep my mouth shut?

Thanks for any info, just dont want any trouble with the city but have no where else I can do this.

There are a lot of us mad as hell medical marijuana patients in Michigan and some of us have been really hurt by the States lack of acknowledgement of the MMMA. Why arent we, some, all of us suing the State? Are you that lawyer or what do you think?
